SurfaceSentinel provides analysis of publicly observable signals related to a domain's external security posture. This service does not perform vulnerability exploitation, penetration testing, or attempts to bypass authentication controls.

Authorized Use

By submitting a domain for analysis you represent and warrant that:

• you are authorized to assess that domain, or
• you have permission from the domain owner to perform such analysis.

You agree not to use the service to target domains without authorization.

Informational Use Only

Reports generated by this service are informational in nature and are based solely on publicly observable signals available at the time of the scan.

The service does not guarantee:

• the absence of vulnerabilities
• the completeness of findings
• the security of any system or network.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall the service provider be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• unauthorized use of the service
• scanning of domains without proper authorization
• misuse of reports generated by the service.

Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
