Refund Policy

SurfaceSentinel delivers automated security and exposure analysis of publicly accessible internet infrastructure. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited by design — not by indifference.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical failure. The scan failed to complete due to a problem on our side and could not be rerun successfully.
  • Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same scan.
  • Billing error. A charge was made in error.

When Refunds Won't Be Issued

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • The scan completed successfully.
  • You disagree with the findings.
  • The results did not meet your expectations.
  • The domain you submitted is not one you own or are authorized to assess.

How We Handle Technical Failures

If a scan fails for a reason on our end, we'll first attempt to rerun it at no additional cost. If the problem can't be resolved, we'll issue a full refund. We don't make customers argue for their money back over something that was our fault.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at support@arcforgelabs.com and include:

  • The domain that was scanned
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The approximate date of the transaction

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, this typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or a pattern of refund requests following successful scan delivery.
